Terms of Service
Beta Release — this document may change frequently as the product evolves.
Effective Date: January 26, 2026
•Last Updated: January 26, 2026
Beta Release Notice
These Terms govern your use of the beta release of Red Team Suite (the “Service”). The Service is in active development, may change frequently, may contain defects, and may be interrupted or discontinued without notice. You use this beta release at your own risk.
Because this is a beta release, outputs (including scan results, reports, and indicators) are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
Acceptance & Definitions
By accessing or using this beta release (including creating an account, adding scope, running scans, viewing reports, exporting data, or enabling cloud sync), you agree to these Terms.
The Service is currently provided via the website located at https://beta.redteamsuite.com (the “Site”).
“Red Team Suite,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” and “your” refer to the individual or entity using the Service. “Workspace Data” includes assets you add (e.g., emails, URLs, files), scan jobs, scan results, reports, and preferences. “Scan Providers” include third‑party services used to perform scans (for example, email recon, file scanning, WordPress scanning, and web assessment).
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this beta release. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Authentication is provided via Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Service (Beta) Limitations
This is a beta release. The Service may include, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or accuracy of results.
Scan results are not professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security decisions. Validate findings independently, especially in a beta release.
Your Data & Workspace
The Service stores Workspace Data either locally in your browser (local mode) or, if enabled, in Supabase (cloud sync). In either case, this beta release may export Workspace Data as JSON and may allow you to reset or delete Workspace Data from within the product.
You are responsible for the content you submit, including any personal data, confidential information, or files. You grant us a limited license to process your Workspace Data solely to operate, secure, and improve this beta release, and to provide scan outputs.
Third‑Party Services
The Service integrates third‑party providers for authentication and scanning. For example, Clerk is used for authentication and certain scans are executed by external Scan Providers. When you initiate a scan in this beta release, relevant inputs (such as a target URL, domain, email address, or file) may be transmitted to these providers to perform the scan.
Examples of Scan Providers used by this beta release may include DarkRecon (email recon), FileScanner (file scanning), WPScan (WordPress scanning), and Senthrex (web assessment).
Third‑party services are provided under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services or outputs. This is especially important in a beta release.
Intellectual Property
The Service (including its software, UI, and underlying technology) is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
If you provide feedback about this beta release, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, including to improve the Service.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to this beta release at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service, or used the Service in a manner that may cause harm. Because this is a beta release, we may also suspend access for maintenance or changes.
Disclaimers (Beta)
THE BETA RELEASE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR ACCURATE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS BETA RELEASE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS BETA RELEASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NO FEES WERE PAID, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100)).
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including your use of this beta release to test targets without authorization, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.
Changes to These Terms (Beta)
Because this is a beta release, we may update these Terms frequently. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the beta release after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
