Beta Release Notice

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the beta release of Red Team Suite (the “Service”). Because this is a beta release, our data practices may evolve quickly as the product changes.

Scope

This Policy applies to information processed through the Service, including the dashboard and related APIs. It does not apply to third‑party services that we do not control.

The Service is currently offered via https://beta.redteamsuite.com (beta subdomain).

The Service is designed for security workflows. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any targets (such as emails, URLs, domains) and files you choose to scan in this beta release.

Information We Collect

Account & Identity (via Clerk)

We use Clerk to authenticate users. We receive identifiers and account details such as your user ID, email address, and profile information you choose to provide.

Workspace Data (Beta)

The Service stores Workspace Data you create or upload, such as assets (emails, URLs, files), scans, reports, scan results, and your preferences.

Workspace Data may contain personal data (for example, email addresses in scope) or sensitive information depending on what you submit in this beta release.

Usage & Device Data

We may collect basic usage and technical data needed to operate this beta release, such as request metadata, approximate timestamps, and diagnostic information. We also apply rate limiting to protect the Service.

Support Communications

If you contact support, we will receive the contents of your message and any information you choose to share about your use of this beta release.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including this beta release. For example, we use Workspace Data to run scans, generate reports, and allow you to view, export, and manage your workspace.

Core purposes (Beta)

  • Provide account access and authentication.
  • Run requested scans and return results.
  • Store and synchronize Workspace Data (local or cloud).
  • Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and improve security.
  • Provide support and respond to requests.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide and protect this beta release.

  • Scan Providers. When you initiate a scan, we may send scan inputs (such as target URLs, domains, email addresses, or files) to third‑party Scan Providers to perform the scan and return results.Examples may include DarkRecon, FileScanner, WPScan, and Senthrex (as available in the beta release).
  • Infrastructure providers. Depending on your configuration, we may store Workspace Data locally in your browser or in Supabase for cloud sync.
  • Authentication. Clerk processes identity and authentication data.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

Storage & Retention (Beta)

In local mode, Workspace Data is stored in your browser. If cloud sync is enabled, Workspace Data is stored in Supabase under your account. You can export and reset Workspace Data from within the Service.

Because this is a beta release, retention practices may evolve. We generally retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We and our providers (such as Clerk) use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and preferences in this beta release. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

Security

We implement reasonable safeguards appropriate for a beta release, including authentication controls and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for using the Service responsibly and for choosing what data you submit.

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. You can also manage Workspace Data through the dashboard (including exporting and resetting) in this beta release.
